Today we’re making the Tradewinds Negroni! This drink is fascinating. It’s entirely made up of modifiers (no base spirit) and is loaded with flavor. Unlike the traditional Negroni, an all-equal-parts build falls out of balance. Here are the ratios I prefer. I’d recommend enjoying this drink on the rocks or over a large chunk of ice. It only gets better as the ice slowly melts. Cheers!
