Vesper Recipe

First introduced in Ian Fleming’s Casino Royale (1953), the Vesper—or Vesper Martini—was named after Bond’s double agent love interest, Vesper Lynd. While 007 famously requested his “shaken, not stirred,” we’ll be stirring this one for the best results. One ingredient from the original recipe isn’t available anymore, so we’ll be testing a few substitutions to see what works best. Hope you enjoy this classic cocktail as much as I do. Cheers!
