A classic Cuban rum sipper sometimes called Cuba's answer to the Manhattan. Created in honor of Cuban president Mario Garcia Menocal and later adapted (with curaçao) to honor President Gerardo Machado. A spirit-forward, stirred rum cocktail traditionally served up with an orange zest and a cocktail cherry.
