Today we're making one of my favorites, the Boulevardier! Many think of this drink as a cold weather variation on the Negroni with rich bourbon replacing the gin. However they're both about the same age. The Boulevardier was actually in print before the Negroni (though the Negroni's believed to have been created before we see first print). Anyway, over the years, ratios of the Boulevardier have changed to favor the bourbon for a more balanced drink. Hope you enjoy this one as much as I do! Cheers!
